Sicelo Hlatshwayo is the founder and managing director of Umcebo Professional Accountants & Business Consultants. He possesses a B.Com (Accounting) and Honours B.Com (Accounting) degrees, and is registered as a Professional Accountant (SA) and Tax Consultant. He has over 15 years experience in accounting and finance gained in the banking, academic, manufacturing and auditing sectors.
